STAGE 3, 10+ Months

Baby Food Subscription

By the time your baby nears their first birthday, they’re on their way to feeding themselves. Now is the time to help them develop their skills with a variety of chopped foods that are big enough to pick up, but small enough to prevent choking. New ingredients and complex spices are introduced in this stage. We also start to focus on balance, incorporating combinations of vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains in meals. These are modeled on ingredients typically found in well-rounded adult meals such as Braised Chicken, Carrot & Garnet Yam and English Peas, Sweet Corn & Garnet Yam.
