Your days will consist of…

  • Leading the tactical and operational execution of our digital marketing portfolio, focusing primarily on the paid social and paid search channels to drive customer acquisition
  • Working closely with our Director of Growth to create and execute unique digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with our content team to develop a content strategy focused on establishing topical authority and driving brand awareness
  • Conducting marketing research vetting, testing and analyzing new digital advertising channels
  • Focusing on new audience development across social and traditional platforms focusing on effectively reaching and converting new prospects
  • Owning testing initiatives across our digital marketing portfolio
  • Managing creative processes for all forms of digital advertising and landing pages (social, display, text, video, etc.)
  • Strategizing how to cohesively bring together the right mix of awareness, engagement and conversion oriented digital campaigns to most effectively meet customer acquisition goals
  • Efficiently managing the digital marketing budget and meeting customer acquisition goals

We’d love for you to…

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years managing digital marketing channels for B2C businesses
  • 2+ years experience working with Google Adwords & Facebook Ads Manager
  • A track record of successfully optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns over time
  • Have strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, conducting campaign analysis and conducting A/B testing
  • Have experience managing customer acquisition focused marketing budgets
  • Demonstrate strong writing and ad copy creation skills
  • Be a data driven marketing professional, SQL or data analysis experience is a plus
