Nurture Life, headquartered in the River North area of Chicago, is a subscription service that prepares fresh, wholesome, organic, ready-to-eat meals for babies, toddlers and kids and delivers them weekly, straight to customers’ doors. Our team of chefs and pediatric dietitian collaborate on every menu to ensure meals meet the changing nutritional needs of growing kids while introducing them to new flavors and textures. We are looking for a customer experience associate who is passionate about providing customers a phenomenal experience and is looking for an opportunity to work nights and weekends. Your days will consist of…

  • Providing outstanding customer service by accurately answering customer inquiries in a concise, thoughtful and professional manner
  • Responding to telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Ensuring we are always working towards the best answers and solutions for our customers
  • Being thoughtful and proactive in order to anticipate and solve problems
  • Working with online systems to understand, manage and track questions and responses
  • Using excel and customer support platform Help Scout for issue tracking and reporting
  • Working with marketing, finance and production to ensure customer exceptions are clearly documented, communicated and followed-through on
  • Paying close attention to details, critical thinking and seeking advice from fellow teammates when needed
  • Assisting with projects and tasks for other departments during free time

  • Possess the ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to multitask and manage multiple work streams
  • Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Have experience in a customer engagement related role or as a customer service representative
  • Have experience using the customer support platform Help Scout or similar system
  • Have strong project management or project related skills
  • Have a degree in communications, business or operations

Hours include…

  • This position is available for a full-time schedule.
  • Shift:  Monday – Friday, 11am-7pm. Some nights and weekends will be required with adequate notice
