    Your days will consist of…

    • Being a team player alongside great people packaging fresh, healthy and developmentally friendly meals for babies, toddlers and kids
    • Reviewing and organizing your daily tasks and area, bringing up any questions before starting and allowing for multiple meals to be completed at a time within our seal & label areas
    • Setting up the seal & label room on a daily basis, administering a pre-op check and post-op check of the sealing and labeling equipment and area ensuring the sanitation is complete and the area is ready for production to start
    • Tray & jar sealing ensuring the quality and integrity of the seals and accurate label placement are done every time
    • Managing a small team with daily and hourly goals set forth in a clear manner
    • Operation of the MAP sealing machines and ensuring they are clean and sanitized between meal changes
    • Labeling and inventorying of all meals to achieve a final goal inventory number and double checking that all counts are correct and 100% accurate
    • Help manage inventory and organization along with managers to ensure all trays, jars, lids and film are in the correct areas
    • Pitching in and helping out in other areas such as prepared food packing, sanitation and light prep
    • Working in a clean and organized way and cleaning as you go
    • Working safely at all times and always asking for assistance when needed
    • Working in a cold environment and given appropriate clothing to do so. Our packaging area will be between 34-38 degrees while you are completing tasks  
    • Following specific operating procedures while using multiple operational tools such as SkuVault, operational dashboards and inventory sheets to accomplish daily goals
    • Helping the management team to coordinate the daily tasks and ensure all GMPs and SOPs are being met
    • Communicating to managers when you see procedures that could be adjusted for efficiencies and cost savings

    • Have great, multi-year experience in food packaging and understand cold working environments
